Plain-language terms. Month-to-month billing, cancel any time, your data is yours. No forced arbitration for individual claims, no class-action waiver, no automatic renewals hidden in fine print.
By creating an account or using Crewnyx, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") on behalf of yourself and — if you are signing up on behalf of a business — on behalf of that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Crewnyx is a cloud-hosted field-operations platform (time tracking, jobs, timesheets, receipts, communication, reporting) for licensed AV, low-voltage, service, and installation businesses ("Customers"). Sparky Venture Labs LLC provides the service; Customers use it. Each Customer is a separate tenant, isolated from every other tenant at the database engine layer.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not use Crewnyx to:
Violation of this section is grounds for immediate suspension without refund.
Data you enter into Crewnyx ("Customer Data") is yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to operate the service for you. We do not use Customer Data to train models, sell to third parties, or market to your employees.
You can export all Customer Data at any time from Settings → Data → Export. Upon cancellation, Customer Data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted from primary storage; encrypted backups are destroyed within 12 months.

Crewnyx, the Crewnyx name, logo, product design, source code, and all related intellectual property are owned by Sparky Venture Labs LLC. You may not remove product branding, screenshot the app for competitive comparison without attribution, or use the name "Crewnyx" as your own product name.
Any feedback, feature request, or suggestion you send us is licensed to us to use freely without compensation, unless you explicitly mark it "confidential."
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paying Customers, measured against the app's core routes. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and is scheduled outside business hours where possible.
Support is available at support@crewnyx.com. Response time targets: same business day for the free trial, 4 business hours for paid plans. Enterprise plans can negotiate a written SLA.
Crewnyx is provided "as is" and "as available." Except where prohibited by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Crewnyx is a business-operations tool. It is not accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying your own compliance with wage-and-hour law, tax law, and any industry-specific regulation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparky Venture Labs LLC and its subprocessors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or in connection with the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) US$100.
These limits do not apply to (i) your indemnity obligations, (ii) your breach of Section 7 (Intellectual Property), (iii) your violation of Section 4 (Acceptable Use), or (iv) any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sparky Venture Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and subprocessors from any third-party claim arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment (after the 7-day grace period), or for legal or safety reasons. Where practical, we will give you notice and a chance to cure. You can terminate at any time by cancelling in the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of Lake County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable right you have under your local consumer protection law.
We do not require class-action waivers or forced arbitration for individual claims. You keep every dispute-resolution right your local law gives you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are emailed to super-admins at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, cancel before the change goes live. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
