Everything a field-service company needs. One login. One bill.
Built by a working AV tech who got tired of paying for a stack of separate apps to run one crew.
Clocking in shouldn't take longer than the job.
Tap Clock in on your phone or in a browser. Each punch's location is recorded when the device shares it, and if someone is still clocked in at the end of the day, they get a reminder.
- Clock in and out from any modern browser — iPhone and Android apps are coming soon
- End-of-day reminder for anyone still clocked in: 5:00 PM on weekdays unless you choose your own time and days
- Employees fix their own punch times until the pay period is locked; admins can edit anyone's; every change records who made it
- Weekly, every-two-weeks, twice-monthly or monthly pay periods
- Payroll export as CSV, including formats for Gusto and QuickBooks Payroll
- Business: geofenced job sites — punches made away from the site are flagged for review, and when someone leaves, the app can ask whether they're done and close their job visit
Snap. Tag. Done.
Take a photo of a receipt and attach it to the job. Crewnyx reads the merchant, date and total for you to check. The office sees every receipt in one list and can download them all at once.
- Reads the merchant, date and total from the photo
- Attach a receipt to a job site or a time entry
- One list for the office, filterable by employee
- Download a spreadsheet plus every receipt as a PDF
- Business: send receipts and expenses to QuickBooks Online
Talk to your crew without paying for another app.
Direct messages and named group chats with anyone on your team, with photos and files attached. Company updates go to everyone, and you can see who has read them. Conversations stay inside your company.
- Direct messages with anyone on your team
- Named group chats: pick who's in
- Company updates that show who has read them
- Photos, PDFs, documents and short video clips
- Push notifications for new messages on the phone apps
- Business: connect Slack and give every job site its own channel
Every job in one place — not seven folders.
Address, client, notes, time on site and who was there, all on one page, with a history of every change to it. Your crew can look up any site; it's private to your company.
- Address, client and notes on every site
- Time on site and labor hours, from real punches
- Assign crew to jobs
- A history of who changed the site's details and when
- Pro and Business: checklists and forms for job completion and inspections
- Pro and Business: photo and document uploads
Clients, then the places you work for them.
A client is who you work for. Add them yourself or bring them in from Jobber. A job site is a place you work for that client: their house, their second house, their office. One client can have as many job sites as they have places.
If your crew talks in Slack, every job site has a channel, and the channel is the site. Create a site here and its channel is made for you, in your naming format, with the address and notes in the channel's description; a channel you already have can be linked to its site. Notes your crew post from the app land in the channel, and the site keeps its own copy. Stop using Slack one day and nothing is lost: the sites, the notes and the history are already here.
The gear you install lives on the site too. A UniFi network, a camera recorder or a door controller is tied to the job site, so the site's page shows what is installed there and whether it is up.
- Clients: created here, or imported from Jobber
- Job sites: one per place; a client can have several
- Slack channels mirror job sites, in your naming format
- Installed gear (UniFi networks, cameras, doors) is tied to the site
- Drop Slack any time; the sites keep everything
Your crew sees your brand.
Upload your logo, pick your colors and set your company name. The web app and the iPhone and Android apps your crew opens every morning carry your branding.
- Your company name in the app
- Your logo, with versions for light and dark backgrounds
- Your brand colors
- On the web app and the phone apps
