How Crewnyx collects, uses, and protects your data. Plain language, no dark patterns. We do not sell your data. We do not run ad-tracking pixels. We collect the minimum needed to run the service, and we tell you exactly what and why.

We collect only what we need to provide the service. Nothing else. There is no separate marketing profile, no shadow database of behavioral data, no analytics-driven user-segment table.
Handled entirely by our payment processor, an independently certified PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. We store only an opaque customer identifier, subscription identifier, subscription status, and the last four digits and brand of the card on file. Full card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes never touch our servers.
We share data only with the specific subprocessors required to operate the service, and only the minimum data each one needs. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics networks.
Because publishing a full vendor list on the open internet is a security risk (it hands attackers a reconnaissance target), we describe our subprocessors by category below. The specific vendor names, contract terms, and data-processing agreements are available to Customer administrators on written request to legal@crewnyx.com under confidentiality.
Every subprocessor is contractually bound by a written data-processing agreement, is required to notify us of a personal-data breach without undue delay, and may not use your data for its own purposes.
Your company's data is isolated from every other company's data at the database engine layer using row-level security policies enforced by the storage engine itself — not by the application code. A bug in our app cannot leak data across companies because the database refuses the query before returning any row.

Regardless of where you live:
Residents of the EU, UK, California, and other jurisdictions with statutory privacy rights have all of the rights granted by their applicable law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and others). We honor them without requiring you to prove residency. Email us to exercise them.
Crewnyx is a business tool designed for employees of licensed businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email legal@crewnyx.com and we will delete it.
Our primary infrastructure is located in the United States. If you access Crewnyx from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. For transfers from the EU, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (2021), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and any supplementary measures required by our subprocessor agreements.
We use strictly-necessary first-party cookies only: authentication, CSRF protection, session persistence, and a small number of preference cookies (theme, tab order). We do not use tracking cookies, cross-site advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies on the app.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to account administrators at least 30 days before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
