Accessibility statement
We want everyone on your crew to be able to use Crewnyx, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or other assistive technology. This page says where we stand, what we know isn't right yet, and how to tell us about a barrier.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on this website, crewnyx.com, and on the Crewnyx web app at app.crewnyx.com.
If something in our iPhone or Android app gets in your way, the address in section 5 reaches us about that too.
2. Where we are today
Crewnyx is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of what we offer do not yet fully meet the standard.
3. Known limitations
- Screens run by other companies. Some steps happen on pages we don't control, such as Stripe's checkout and billing pages and the sign-in pages of services you connect to Crewnyx, like QuickBooks or Google. They may not meet the same standard.
- Some signed-in screens. Parts of the web app you use after signing in are still being fixed. If one of them stops you, tell us and we'll help you get the job done while we fix it.
4. How we test
In October 2026 we checked every page of this site, and the web app's sign-in, sign-up, pricing and legal pages, with axe (an open-source accessibility testing engine) at desktop and phone widths, and tested them with a keyboard alone, without a mouse. We repeat those checks when we review this statement. Automated tools find only some problems, so reports from people who use assistive technology every day are especially welcome.
5. Report a barrier
Email support@crewnyx.com with the subject Accessibility. It helps to include:
- the address (URL) of the page
- your browser, and any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader or magnifier
- what you were trying to do, and what happened
We'll respond within 5 business days. In the meantime, if the barrier is stopping you from getting something done, we'll help you do it by email.
6. Keeping this current
We review this statement at least once a year. It was published on October 8, 2026, and last reviewed on October 8, 2026.
