Pricing FAQ

Why do you require a card upfront?

Because it filters out abuse and keeps trial spam off the system, which keeps prices low for real customers. We don't charge you for 14 days, we send a reminder before we do, and you can cancel one click from the dashboard.

What happens after 14 days?

Your card is charged for the plan you selected at signup. If you want to change tiers before that, you can — the change takes effect at the trial's end.

Can I only get one trial per company?

One trial per email address. If you already used a trial with a specific email, that email can't start another one — that rule is enforced at the database level, not just the app.

What if I go over the user limit?

The app prompts your super admin to upgrade to the next tier when you're within 2 users of the cap. You're never surprised, and we never let you fail an invite silently.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, anytime. Switching monthly-to-annual applies the 2-months-free discount immediately. Switching annual-to-monthly kicks in at your next renewal.

Do you offer refunds?

Full refund within 30 days if you're not satisfied. No forms, no calls — email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

How is my payment info stored?

It isn't — not by us. Card details go directly from your browser to Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Our servers only receive an opaque customer ID. More on the security page.
